Programme: suitable for all people at any stage of their journey in life. All levels welcome.
Morning sessions will run for 21/2 to 3 hours; the afternoon sessions will run for up to two hours.
Friday November 29:
4.30 – 6.30 pm. Adriana will introduce a theme of focus for the workshop followed by a led meditation solely aimed at deep relaxation. This first session is a meet and greet of each other and an opportunity to explore the body and state of mind through breath awareness and gentle movements. This is our first step inward.
Saturday November 30:
7.00 – 9.30am: We continue our journey inward always maintaining a nurturing approach to exploring how we use yoga to expand our awareness of ourselves. The workshop will include a led meditation, asana, pranayama, and silence….
4.30 – 6.30 pm. The content of this session is fluid and will depend on the weather and the state of mind of the students. We may do sensory work which involves conversation, laughter, and fun movements as a way of continuing our journey inward without it being too serious…
Sunday December 1:
7.00 – 9.00am: We reinforce techniques and methods and within this build on a flow that will start to enhance our inner ‘seedling’ to break new ground’. Continuity is the best way to form a habit.
4.00 – 6.00pm: Final session: break down poses, and end with a beautiful ‘we are one’ meditation. From this final day you can expect clarity, happiness and a stronger and more open body and mind.
